La tipicità e la tradizione salentina rivisitata e innovativa,sono le caratteristiche del Gusta & Degusta.

I prodotti sempre freschi provenienti dalle campagne circostanti e dal vicino mare,le carni nazionali tracciate sono preparate in molteplici modi sia cotte che crude.

Per i palati più esigenti le carni e i pesci,vengono servite stagionate,marinate e affumicate.Una esclusiva golosità molto apprezzata è la bresaola di tonno rosso stagionata in cantina e servita con gli opportuni abbinamenti anche al calice.

Nel rispetto di chi ama le alimentazioni vegetariane e salutari,il condimento è curato e mirato,con oli,aceti,sali,spezie,mieli e confetture tutti etichettati e marchiati.

I buffet artistici ed esclusivi sono sfiziosi e arricchiti di  sculture artistico-vegetali sia in sede che d'asporto.Il locale può contenere 60 posti all'interno con ambiente climatizzato e 40 all'esterno.
E' gradita prenotazione per un servizio migliore e più efficiente.
Domenica e mercoledì sera chiuso-Aperto a pranzo.

Characteristic and traditional Salentine style with a fresh look are what makes Gusta & Degusta stand out.

Our products are always fresh and chosen from the surrounding countryside and seas. These also include Italian meats prepared in many different ways- from cooked dishes to cured meats.

For more adventurous tastes our meats and fish dishes are served matured, marinaded and smoked. One particular favourite being the bresaola of tuna, matured in traditional cellars and served with complementary side dishes and wines,

With respect to our vegetarian and healthy lifestyle guests, we have a carefully selected choice of oils, salts, spices, honeys, and preserves- all of which are carefully sourced and labelled.

In addition to this we boast our artistic buffets, decorated and enriched with our sculpted fruit and vegetable creations- available not only in the restaurant but also for delivery elsewhere.

Our air-conditioned restaurant seats 60 guests inside and a further 40 outside

Reservation is preferred in order to guarantee the utmost efficiency and service.
